Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Digital Banking Solutions Manager to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of online and mobile banking, payments, treasury management, and related customer-facing technologies.

The role will guide the digital banking team, coordinate upgrades, and work with security and compliance to deliver secure, customer-centric digital experiences. Remote work is considered where feasible.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of banking experience with digital banking products.
• Experience in Treasury Management and Product Management in commercial banking.
• Experience leading support teams.

Responsabilités

• Own digital banking roadmap with stakeholders.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk.
• Develop ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail digital strategies.
• Report KPIs and digital performance to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability and service quality.
• Manage product lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Lead Digital Banking Solutions Team and incidents/resolutions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Report to Enterprise Application Delivery Director.
• Support IT Response, BC/DR processes.
• Maintain systems per GLBA; follow SDLC policies.
• Maintain CMDB assets data per policy.
