Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Manager in a full-time role with flexibility to work fully remote.

This leader will drive the digital banking strategy across online and mobile platforms, payments, and treasury management, coordinating with CEO-level stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, customer-centric experiences. The role oversees the digital banking analyst team, manages platform upgrades, and ensures GLBA-compliant, reliable services while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years banking experience.
• 3–5 years in Digital Banking, Treasury Management, and Product Management.
• Experience leading support teams and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of payment solutions and GLBA security controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on risk management.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Report KPIs and digital performance to leadership.
