Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. seeks a Digital Banking Solutions Manager to drive the digital banking strategy and oversee the platform stack, including online and mobile banking, and related customer-facing technologies.

The role collaborates with business leaders, technology teams, risk partners, and vendors to deliver secure, compliant experiences and lead the digital solutions team through enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with banking experience.
• 3-5 years with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management in commercial banking.
• Experience in managing and leading support teams.
• Knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk management activities.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies.
• Report on KPIs and digital performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Lead and manage employees within the Digital Banking Solutions Team ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests, as well as execution of new initiatives and enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
