Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Manager to drive the strategy and operations of online and mobile banking platforms. You will lead a team, manage enhancements, and coordinate releases across digital channels to deliver secure, customer-centric experiences.

The role involves collaboration with security, risk, and business leaders, plus oversight of platform availability and performance in a full-time remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years banking experience in digital banking products and treasury management.
• 3–5 years in product management with leadership of support teams.
• Experience with payment solutions and related certifications a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking roadmap with stakeholder input.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests and upgrades.
• Lead vendor relationships and performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies.
• Report KPIs and digital performance to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage the product lifecycle from strategy to execution.
• Lead the Digital Banking Solutions Team and drive improvements.
• Report to the Enterprise Application Delivery Director.
• Support IT continuity, disaster recovery, and GLBA controls.
