Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Manager to drive the strategy, administration, and enhancements of our online and mobile banking platforms, payments, treasury management, and customer-facing technologies.

You will lead the digital banking analyst and support team, coordinate platform upgrades, and work with business leaders, technology teams, risk partners, and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, and customer-centric experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-5 years banking experience.
• Experience leading digital banking and product management initiatives.
• Experience managing support teams and vendor relationships.
• Flexibility to work remote hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital banking roadmap with input from partners and stakeholders.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance on risk management.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies.
• Report on KPIs and digital performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage the product lifecycle from strategy to execution.
• Lead the Digital Banking Solutions Team and drive initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Report to the Enterprise Application Delivery Director in IT.
• Support IT disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Align systems with GLBA controls and SDLC policies.
• Maintain CMDB assets and adhere to asset management policies.
