Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Manager to drive strategy and oversee online and mobile banking platforms in a fully remote-capable role. You will coordinate with business leaders, technology teams, risk partners, and vendors to deliver secure digital experiences.

The role requires leading the digital banking team, managing platform upgrades, and developing ROI analyses, while ensuring platform availability and regulatory compliance within GLBA controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a banking-related field and 3-5 years of banking experience.
• Experience with Digital Banking products and Treasury Management.
• Experience in managing and leading support teams.
• Knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic business partners and stakeholders.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk management activities.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies.
• Report on KPIs and digital performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Lead and manage employees within the Digital Banking Solutions Team ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests, as well as execution of new initiatives and enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
