Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology preferred.
• Ability to travel 30% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems, including installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues from start to resolution and communicating proactively.
• Manage territory with planned service visits, inventory, and on-call rotation; travel for training or support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety guidelines; maintain documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other field service representatives.
