Qualifications

• Ability to travel 25% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems, including installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance and performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across multiple instruments; document resolutions and close calls on time.
• Manage customer satisfaction from initial contact to resolution, providing proactive communication.
