Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems, performing installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure instrument uptime and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple complex instruments and document resolutions.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues from start to resolution and building strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Plan service visits, manage inventory, support on-call rotation, and travel for training or critical account support.
