Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology.
• Ability to travel 30% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain diagnostic systems: complete installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across complex instruments; document resolutions and close calls on time.
• Own customer satisfaction: manage issues from start to resolution with proactive communication.
• Manage territory: plan visits, maintain inventory, support on-call rotation and travel for training.
• Ensure compliance and safety: follow regulatory and quality guidelines; maintain documentation for audits.
• Collaborate and mentor: partner with cross-functional teams and guide other field service reps.
