You will install, maintain and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments, ensuring quality, safety and compliance. You will build strong customer relationships, meet service metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable diagnostics that impact patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with 2–5 years in engineering or lab tech.
• Proven troubleshooting ability with laboratory instrumentation.
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the territory and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair diagnostic instruments to ensure compliance and uptime.
• Diagnose issues across multiple instruments and close service calls within timelines.
• Manage customer satisfaction and build strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Plan service visits, maintain inventory, and support on-call rotation and travel for training.
