Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; minimum 4 years sales in diagnostics, core laboratory, molecular or medical device capital equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience selling to senior laboratory leadership and C-suite executives in capital equipment.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments and strategic sales.
• Proven success in strategic sales and exceeding plans.
• Strong business planning; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of new Core Lab business across Hospitals, Reference Labs, Physician Office Labs and Government facilities.
• Partner with distribution partners to develop revenue-driving solutions.
• Manage full life cycle of new business opportunities and engage decision makers.
• Drive market share growth through new opportunities and contract renewals.
• Build trust with customers and distributors; navigate long capital sales cycles.
