Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and minimum 4 years of sales experience in diagnostics, core laboratory, molecular or medical device capital equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in capital sales and multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong MS Office and CRM (Salesforce) skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive exponential growth and new business across hospitals, labs, and government facilities.
• Manage full life cycle of new business opportunities and renewals.
• Partner with distributor teams to implement win-win solutions.
• Build trust with customer stakeholders including C-suite to accelerate decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to shorten capital sales cycles.
