Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Diagnostics Sales Specialist to grow the diagnostics portfolio across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast remotely. You will act as the main solutions provider, building strategic plans and forecasting pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver life-saving solutions.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree and 5+ years in commercial life sciences, with strong communication and Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (biology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular biology).
5+ years of commercial experience in Life Sciences with relevant tech (magnetic beads, lateral flow, membranes, NGS).
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce.com.
Excellent verbal and written communication for technical presentations and training.
Nice to have: QlikSense or CRM systems like Salesforce; advanced degrees in biology.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Cytiva solutions provider for diagnostic needs in the territory.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with Cytiva colleagues and partners.
Own accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM.
Pursue new business opportunities, lead pricing negotiations, support complex deals.
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to deliver optimal solutions and accelerate customer success.
