Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Product Sales Executive for the Virginia region. You will lead strategic account planning, drive growth in the Chem/IA space, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex, value-based solutions.

The role requires deep diagnostics sales experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Salesforce. Travel is substantial, and remote work may be available for eligible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience or master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.
• Extensive diagnostics sales experience with lab environments and CIT/Automation integration into Chem/IA discussions.
• Proven ability to craft and execute financial strategies, aligning pricing with customer and company goals.
• Skilled in driving multi-disciplinary, cross-functional strategies to deliver solutions.
• Proficient in Salesforce for managing sales cycles, forecasting, and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans by analyzing KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and driving complex deals.
• Lead Day in the Lab engagements to uncover operational inefficiencies and position integrated solutions.
• Develop and structure financial strategies that align with customer objectives and Beckman Coulter goals.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to develop and execute must-win opportunities.
• Build relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders to deliver long-term customer value.
