The role emphasizes DevSecOps—AppSec and AI—over general security, with travel up to 25% and mentorship from a seasoned practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of presales or solutions engineering experience with client-facing focus.
• Foundational knowledge of AppSec and AI security concepts and secure SDLC practices.
• Interest in AI/ML, governance, regulatory considerations, and emerging risks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and senior AppSec/AI engineers to drive new business in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Perform qualification, discovery, and positioning for AppSec and AI presales opportunities.
• Articulate AppSec/AI risks, controls, and architectural tradeoffs to technical and security stakeholders.
