GuidePoint Security LLC is seeking a DevSecOps Presales Solutions Engineer to collaborate with AEs and senior AppSec/AI leadership in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role focuses on Application Security (AppSec) and AI security, with growth into Vulnerability Management and Cloud Security.

Requires 3+ years in presales and the ability to engage customers with credibility. You will support qualification, positioning, and solutioning for AppSec and AI opportunities, partnering with practice leads who

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of presales or sales engineering experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Application Security and/or AI security concepts.
• Ability to articulate risks, controls and tradeoffs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong discovery skills to understand customer AppSec and AI programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to drive new and continued business in the territory.
• Perform technical qualification, discovery and positioning for AppSec and AI opportunities.
• Articulate AppSec/AI risks and architectural tradeoffs to technical and security stakeholders.
• Learn new AppSec/AI technologies and their value proposition for customers.
• Support development of Statements of Work, proposals and technical collateral.
