The American Heart Association is seeking a Development Coordinator-Temporary for a remote, 25-hour-per-week role supporting the Kids Heart Challenge School Fundraising program. Expect data entry, coordination with the fundraising team, school outreach, and behind-the-scenes data work including emails and calls.

The role reports to the RVP and Development Directors, with time from December 1, 2026 to May 2027 (~16 weeks). A laptop is provided for work from home.

Formación

• Three years of administrative, project coordination, and/or event management experience.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel; advanced skills preferred.
• Experience with web conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Event.Gives).

Responsabilidades

• Meet regularly with directors and volunteers to align objectives.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist Directors/Sr. Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Vice Presidents as needed.
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes in a timely manner.
• Work independently and within a team on ongoing and special projects.
