Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to design and manage personalized wedding travel experiences for couples across the globe. You will blend travel planning expertise with a consultative sales approach, guiding clients from vision to confirmed bookings, including groups and guest arrangements.

The role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous organization, and the ability to tailor options to each couple’s dream, budget, and timeline.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts (guest lists, room options, payment schedules).
• Willingness to learn new tools (CRMs, portals, platforms) and adapt to travel planning workflows.
• Experience in weddings, sales, hospitality, or travel is a plus; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and honeymoon extensions.
• Connect with couples to understand their wedding vision, guest needs, budget, preferred destination, and non-negotiables—then present tailored options and guide them through booking.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, helping ensure guests have clear options, payment timelines, and support before departure.
• Respond to questions and changes with professionalism and care, including payments, room upgrades, guest additions, date changes, transfer needs, and special requests.
• Elevate each celebration with romantic excursions, welcome experiences, local activities, honeymoon ideas, and wow moments for couple/guests.
• Support clients from initial consultation through travel, including pre-departure communication, on-trip assistance, and post-wedding follow-up.
