In this role, you'll guide clients through the vacation planning process by researching travel options, coordinating reservations, and delivering personalized support from the first conversation through departure. Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their travel interests, preferred destinations, schedules, and vacation budgets
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, attractions, and destination experiences
• Recommend travel options that align with each client's preferences, expectations, and spending goals
• Coordinate reservations, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary details through approved supplier platforms
• Prepare travel confirmations, itineraries, documentation, and essential pre-departure information
• Assist with booking revisions, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special travel accommodations
• Review travel arrangements to help ensure reservations and documentation are complete and accurate
• Provide ongoing communication by sharing updates, answering questions, and supporting clients throughout the planning process
• Maintain detailed client records, reservation information, and communication history within company systems
• Collaborate with preferred travel suppliers to provide exceptional travel planning and customer support
• Participate in destination education, supplier training, and continuing professional development opportunities
