Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Houston seeks an IT Support professional to deliver L2 desktop support. You will remotely troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Mac OS, and iOS issues, enroll iOS devices in MDM, deploy drivers and patches, and monitor workstation health to ensure secure, compliant end-user environments.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, policy troubleshooting, and driving upgrades with modern management tools like Intune and Auto Pilot, while maintaining ServiceNow ticketing

Qualifications

Bachelor level computer science degree required.
Experience in desktop support and enterprise OS environments.

Responsibilities

Provide remote desktop L2 troubleshooting by taking control of user devices.
Resolve issues on Windows 10/11, iOS, and Mac OS with standard software.
Enroll iOS devices in MDM (JAMF) and investigate incidents.
Deploy drivers and Windows patch updates.
Troubleshoot performance, group policy, encryption, and config failures.
Monitor security patching and compliance for workstations.
Diagnose incidents and escalate when needed to Service Desk.
Maintain device configurations and BIOS/utility updates.
Support Windows 11 upgrades using Intune/Auto Pilot.
Track user experience and report workstation image deployments.
