Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of desktop support experience across Windows 7/10/11.
• Experience with Windows 11 installation on laptops/desktops.
• Strong OS/hardware issue resolution and troubleshooting.
• L2 support for desktops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
• Proficient with remote support tools and endpoint security basics.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop/laptop support for Windows OS environments.
• Troubleshoot OS, network, and hardware issues for end users.
• Perform OS installations, upgrades, and patches as required.
• Utilize SCCM/Intune for endpoint management and patching.
• Log and resolve tickets while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors as needed.
