Qualifications

Desktop support experience in a corporate IT environment.
Experience designing and implementing SCCM hierarchies.

Responsibilities

Provide deskside and remote IT support for Windows, MacBook, printers, and software.
Administer imaging and patch management, software distribution, and O365 support.
Troubleshoot end-user issues and perform remote desktop tasks end-to-end.
Design and implement SCCM and Intune configurations for Windows 10.
Assist in migration projects involving SCCM from legacy tools.
