Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced IT desktop support professional in Wilmington, MA to manage deskside IT services, imaging, and O365 support. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, support Windows and Mac environments, and drive end‑to‑end remote desktop activities.

You should have hands-on experience with SCCM migrations, imaging, patch management, and software distribution, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical

Qualifications

• Prior experience designing and implementing migration to SCCM from other tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with SCCM, Imaging and Patch Management, Software Distribution, and O365 Support.

Responsibilities

• Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support, Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
• Provide all desktop, laptop, printer and proprietary software support and administrative functions for desktop user issues.
• Remote support and troubleshooting of end‑user issues.
• Windows OS and MacBook support.
• Zscaler troubleshooting.
• Manage and support end‑to‑end Remote Desktop related activities.
• Understand business and technical requirements, and provide solutions, design and implementation approaches for SCCM, Intune and Windows 10.
• Have prior experience in design and implementation of an SCCM hierarchy.
