NuAxis, LLC is seeking a Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to deliver remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users, systems, applications, and endpoints. This role owns incidents, tracks and resolves issues within SLAs, and collaborates with IT support groups to improve service delivery.

The candidate should have 2+ years in enterprise support, HDI Analyst Certification and CompTIA A+ within the specified windows, with familiarity in Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in an enterprise call center, help desk, or end-user support environment.
• HDI Analyst Certification and CompTIA A+ within defined timeframes.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Intune.
• Familiarity with ITIL Foundations or related frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote and deskside computer support via multiple channels.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
• Support VPN, Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS devices, and endpoint technologies.
• Create, update, and retire help desk documentation; maintain SLA performance.
