Job summary

NuAxis, LLC is seeking a Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to deliver remote and deskside enterprise support for federal users, systems, and tools. You will own, track, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents, maintaining clear customer communication and adhering to SLAs.

Required: HS diploma, HDI Analyst Certification within 10 days, and CompTIA A+ within 90 days. Preference for Microsoft Azure/Entra ID/Intune certifications and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HDI Analyst Certification due within 10 business days of hire.
• CompTIA A+ Certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and elevate IT incidents and service requests.
• Fulfill requests within SLAs and provide timely status updates.
• Support accounts, VPN, Microsoft 365, Windows and Mac devices, printers, and network drives.
• Respond to alerts, escalate when needed, and improve service delivery through documentation.
