Job summary

NuAxis, LLC is seeking a talented Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to provide remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users, systems, applications, and endpoint technologies. This role manages incidents and service requests, communicates clearly with customers, and follows documented procedures to improve service delivery.

The role requires HDI Analyst Certification within 10 business days, and CompTIA A+ within 90 days.

Qualifications

• HDI Analyst Certification required within 10 business days of hire.
• CompTIA A+ Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
• Fulfill requests within SLAs and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Support user accounts, VPN, M365, Windows/Mac devices, printers, and shared workspace tools.
