Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to deliver remote and deskside enterprise IT support for Federal Government users, systems, and tools. The role requires ownership of incidents, clear customer communication, and adherence to SLAs while collaborating with IT support teams.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, Entra ID, Intune, and end-user devices, with required certifications and 2+ years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HDI Analyst Certification required within 10 business days of hire.
• CompTIA A+ Certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
• Fulfill requests within SLAs and provide timely status updates to users.
