Job summary

NuAxis Innovations seeks a Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to provide remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users, systems, applications, and devices.

You will own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests, maintaining clear customer communication and SLAs while collaborating with IT support groups to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience in an enterprise call center, help desk, service desk, or related end-user support environment.
• Experience configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows operating systems in a large network environment.
• Ability to manage incidents and service requests through lifecycle stages and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
• Fulfill requests within SLAs and provide timely status updates.
• Support accounts, password resets, VPN, Microsoft 365, Windows/Mac/iOS devices, and workplace tools.
• Respond to alerts, collaborate with IT teams, and identify recurring issues to improve service delivery.
• Create, update, and retire help desk documentation.
