Zusammenfassung

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a talented Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to deliver remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users, systems, and tools. The role emphasizes incident management, documentation, and collaboration across IT teams.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, troubleshooting skills, and experience with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, VPN, and M365. High school diploma and relevant certifications are required, with bachelor’s degree

Qualifikationen

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
HDI Analyst Certification within 10 business days of hire.
CompTIA A+ Certification required within 90 days of hire.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Aufgaben

Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat, and other approved channels.
Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests.
Fulfill requests within SLAs and communicate status updates to customers.
Support user accounts, password resets, VPN, M365, Windows/macOS devices, and workplace tools.
Respond to alerts and escalations, collaborate with IT support groups, identify recurring issues.
Create, update, and retire help desk documentation as needed.
