Job summary
NuAxis, LLC is seeking a Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to provide remote and deskside enterprise support for federal government users, systems, and tools. You will own, track, troubleshoot, and escalate IT incidents within SLAs, while maintaining clear communication with users and IT teams.
You will support VPN, Microsoft 365, Windows and Mac devices, Intune, Entra ID, and approved applications, contributing to service delivery improvements through documentation and standardized
Qualifications
- , Must have HDI Analyst Certification or equivalent within 10 business days
- CompTIA A+ certification within 90 days of hire
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS in enterprise environments
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Intune is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and deskside computer support via phone, email, chat
- Own, track, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate IT incidents and service requests
- Maintain customer communication and SLA adherence
- Support accounts, password resets, VPN, M365, Windows/Mac devices, printers, and network drives
- Respond to alerts, collaborate with IT teams, identify recurring issues
- Create, update and retire help desk documentation
