Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or similar industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams in last 5 years.
• Proven track-record in selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Self-starter with analytic abilities and ethical leadership.
• Must reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60-80%.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts with tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligning priorities to drive demand and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office to deliver access support.
• Apply market knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond to challenges.
• Use data and trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate stakeholder planning to meet customer needs with urgency.
• Provide real-time access support and coordinate with Patient Specialty Services.
• Leverage omni-channel strategies for outreach to customers.
