Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Staff Recruiter to source and screen candidates for our dental centers, schedule interviews, and extend offers. You will manage recruitment across the region, host local job fairs, build relationships with schools, and coordinate open houses.

The role requires partnering with regional managers, researching new sourcing channels, using applicant tracking systems, and ensuring compliance. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience; healthcare or dental experience preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment campaigns to generate candidate leads from schools, social networks, job boards, and events.
• Partner with regional management to forecast needs and plan recruitment strategies to meet goals.
• Screen candidates via phone interviews; document education, experience, and salary expectations; coordinate in-person interviews.
• Manage candidate pipeline and interview process for each position; extend formal offers per policy.
• Represent Coast Dental at events; coordinate onboarding and new-hire paperwork; maintain compliance and reporting.
