Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in healthcare or dental.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software (iCIMS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide Talent Advising to practice leadership and Operations on recruiting best practices.
• Source candidates via boards, social media, events, industry contacts, and universities.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain recruitment data and metrics.
• Support hiring managers with training and market trend updates.
