Job summary

Children Dental Funzone is seeking an experienced Dental Recruiter to join our growing team in California. You will identify, attract, and hire dental professionals across roles including dentists, assistants, hygienists, and office staff.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview logistics with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in dental/healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and screen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Help ensure positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of dental professionals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of dental positions and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time.
• Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems.

Preferred

• Experience with high-volume recruitment.
