Phaxis is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for Dental Staffing to drive growth by identifying and securing dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and admin staff. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, candidate coaching, and end-to-end recruitment across the U.S.

Responsibilities include managing the full recruiting cycle, building relationships, and negotiating compensation while maintaining high ethical standards in a commission-based environment. Hybrid work is available.

Formación

• Minimum of 1+ years of recruiting experience in staffing dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, and dental admins.
• Previous experience in the dental field or dental admin roles is a plus.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and scheduling experience are vital.
• Willingness to network, build relationships, and work in a commission-driven environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit top candidates and manage the full recruiting cycle with a world-class experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and provide career coaching on market trends and resume/ interview techniques.
• Develop sourcing strategies using AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, and Boolean searches to identify top talent.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for clients.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
