Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Practice Recruiter to support practice recruiting for leaders and teammates, build a candidate pipeline, and train hiring managers. You will partner with Operations and HR to ensure a seamless candidate experience and scalable growth.

The role requires 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience in healthcare or dental, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on use of an ATS (iCIMS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Talent Advising to practice leadership and operations on recruiting best practices.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and track recruitment metrics.
• Maintain iCIMS data integrity and recruitment lifecycle processes.
• Develop candidate pipelines and engage passive candidates.
