Job summary

Star Dental Partners is seeking a remote Hygiene Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for dental hygiene roles across our multi-site network. This role focuses on attracting top hygiene talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and driving efficient hiring processes.

You will develop strong candidate relationships, leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn and dental boards, and maintain accurate recruiting data in iCIMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multi-site dental practices.
• Source active and passive candidates via dental job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and vendors on recruiting strategy.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
• Utilize the ATS (iCIMS) to track candidates and requisitions.
• Fulfill weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting metrics.
