Job summary

Elite Dental Partners is seeking a remote recruiter to support clinical talent needs across the United States. The role involves collaboration with Clinical and Operations teams and travel up to 25% for schools, conferences, meetings, and training events.

The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment, from intake and posting to screening, presenting candidates, offers, and onboarding, while aligning with marketing and HR on compliance and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare recruiting environment.
• Experience with external sourcing and social media recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Works with Clinical and Operations teams to determine clinical talent needs and develops a recruiting plan/strategy and executes accordingly
• Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to fill open clinical positions
• Makers initial contact and builds relationships with prospective candidates to increase interest in Elite Dental Partners’ opportunities
• Uses LinkedIn, news/blog sources, and other social networks to identify and engage potential candidates
• In partnership with marketing and recruiting leadership, focuses on recruitment marketing to expand reach and candidate activity
• Manages recruitment lifecycle for all assigned positions from intake to offer negotiations and disposition of candidates
• Assists in hiring and onboarding in partnership with HR as needed
• Partners with leadership to review trends and build a pipeline of talent for future needs
• Acts as brand ambassador on social media and at school recruiting events
• Ensures recruitment efforts comply with local, state, and federal laws
• Ensures hiring managers have tools and equipment to conduct effective interviews
• Assists with management of company social media accounts and sourcing process improvements
• Partners with recruiting leadership on projects as required
