Job summary

Elite Dental Partners is seeking a remote Clinical Recruiting Specialist to develop and execute strategies, build candidate pools, and manage the full lifecycle from intake to offer. You will collaborate with Clinical and Operations leaders to forecast talent needs and ensure compliant, effective interviewing and onboarding processes.

The role emphasizes social sourcing, university partnerships, and recruitment marketing to attract top dental talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a business or human resources emphasis; 2 years dental hygiene recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare/Dental recruiting; dental preferred.
• Experience partnering with dental schools.

Responsibilities

• Works with Clinical and Operations teams to determine clinical talent needs and develops a recruiting plan/strategy and executes accordingly.
• Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates for open clinical positions.
• Makes initial candidate contact and builds relationships with prospective candidates to increase interest in Elite Dental Partners.
• Uses LinkedIn, news/blog sources, and other social networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Partner with marketing and recruiting leadership on recruitment marketing to expand reach and activity.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle: intake, posting, finding passive candidates, screening, presenting, interviewing, offer negotiations, close requisition.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding in partnership with HR.
• Review trends with Clinical/Operations to predict needs and build pipelines.
• Partner with school recruiting efforts; advocate for the brand on social media and at events.
• Ensure recruiting efforts comply with laws; provide interview tools to hiring managers.
