Qualifications

• Two years of dentist or physician recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing via sites, social media, and events.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine clinical talent needs and develop a recruiting plan/strategy and execute accordingly.
• Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to fill open clinical positions.
• Make initial candidate contact, build relationships and networks with prospective candidates to increase interest.
• Uses job sites, news, blog sources and social networks to identify and engage candidates.
• Support recruitment marketing with leadership to expand reach and activity.
• Participate and often lead recruiting efforts at industry and school events.
• Serve as a brand ambassador on social media and in school recruiting efforts.
