Humana is seeking a Dental Inbound Contacts Representative to support members and providers remotely, handling benefit questions and service issues with a focus on clear, empathetic communication.

You will work in a 40-hour week, primarily on inbound calls, and will document all interactions while escalating complex cases. Training starts Jan 4, 2027, for five to six weeks with a 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET schedule; afterward, shifts may run 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Healthcare, Dental or insurance industry experience a plus.
• Experience documenting customer issues in detail.
• Experience managing requests across multiple systems and escalating by severity.
• Experience interpreting customer requests and responding appropriately.
• Track record of performance in fast-paced, goal-driven environments.

Responsabilités

• Handle 40+ inbound calls daily in a back-to-back call center environment.
• Address benefit questions, service issues, and general inquiries from members and providers.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure proper handoffs to the right teams.
• Document interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer experience targets.
