Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
- 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand for prioritized customers.
- Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for select use cases.
- Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across teams.
- Serve as first contact for production/go-live issues within an account.
- Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/PS, and Support for complex tasks.
- Develop an execution plan covering all customer-facing tech activities and teams.
- Navigate Product and Engineering for new product innovations and upgrades.
- Provide KPI and health updates to Technical GM.
