Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive growth and success for prioritized customer use cases. You will lead post-sale technical strategy, engage with stakeholders, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding, enablement, and productive production rollout of Databricks workloads.

You will work in a hybrid role, bridging technical credibility with commercial ownership, reporting to a DSA Manager within Field Engineering. Travel up to 30% is possible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering data/AI projects
• Programming in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting
• Understanding of distributed data systems
• Can articulate business value of projects
• Technical program or project management experience
• Experience handling escalations with senior execs
• Ability to run discovery workshops and roadmaps
• Track record of exceeding quota/goals
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale technical account strategy across key use cases and accounts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate production deployment.
• Be the primary technical leader across Databricks products for assigned customers.
• Own onboarding, enablement, success, and go-live activities.
• Develop plans and coordinate with PS for engagements and delivery.
• Communicate updates and KPI status to leadership on customer health.
