Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to accelerate adoption and growth of the Databricks platform across strategic customers.

You will be the post-sale technical lead, engaging with executives and cross-functional teams to drive onboarding, enablement, success, and production use of Databricks workloads. You will collaborate with sales and field engineering, manage complex programs, and ensure customer value by aligning technical outcomes with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technical projects/programs in Data/AI domains.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value to deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win technical account strategy across strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver onboarding, enablement, and successful production adoption.
• Provide executive updates and drive plans for production workloads and consumption.
