Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to accelerate adoption of the Databricks Platform among SLED customers. You will lead post-sale technical and strategic efforts, coordinating with sales, field engineering, and professional services to drive onboarding, success, and healthy consumption.

This hybrid role combines technical leadership with business outcomes, requires 7+ years in data/AI delivery, strong scripting in Python/SQL/Scala, and ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI domains.
• Programming in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role.
• Strong understanding of distributed data architectures and business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Serve as accountable technical leader across multiple use cases and teams.
• Be the primary contact for production/go-live issues and escalations.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, PS, and Support.
• Develop plans to accelerate production adoption and ROI for key use cases.
• Provide KPI updates and reports to Technical GM.
