Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive post-sale technical leadership with strategic customers. You will collaborate with sales, field engineering, and PS to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform while ensuring measurable value and ROI.

The role is hybrid, spanning technical leadership and commercial growth across major accounts. You will guide executive relationships, orchestrate teams, and develop plans for turning use cases into production workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project / program delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Can travel up to 30% when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for strategic Databricks use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple selling teams and stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption of workloads.
• Be the first contact for technical issues related to production/go live status.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, and PS for delivery proposals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on new product innovations and previews.
• Develop end-to-end execution plans spanning all customer-facing technical roles.
