Job summary

Databricks Inc. is hiring a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to lead post-sale technical strategy for our most strategic accounts.

In this hybrid role, you will blend technical leadership with commercial acumen to drive adoption and value realization of the Databricks platform for large customers. You will collaborate with sales and field engineering, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and own the execution plan from onboarding to production across critical use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years delivering technical projects/programs in Data & AI.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use-case demand for prioritized customers.
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution across strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple selling teams and stakeholders.
• Serve as first contact for production/go-live technical issues and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Leverage Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, and escalation to senior experts as needed.
• Create and execute a plan to accelerate key use cases into production with PS engagement where relevant.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering for new product innovations and upgrade needs.
• Develop a cross-team execution plan covering use-case production, enablement, adoption, and governance.
• Provide KPI updates and status reports to the Technical GM.
