Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive post-sale success for strategic customers from a remote US base.

You will lead technical account strategy, coordinate with professional services, and ensure healthy consumption of workloads across Databricks platforms. This hybrid role blends technical leadership with commercial ownership, requiring collaboration with sales, field engineers, and executive stakeholders to accelerate adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project delivery within Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
• Technical program or project management with stakeholder accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, and managing delivery of complex programmes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for key use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple selling teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy consumption of workloads.
• Serve as first contact for production/go-live questions related to use cases.
• Leverage Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support to build tasks beyond scope.
• Create and execute a point-of-view to accelerate production of use cases.
• Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering for new innovations and upgrades.
• Develop an execution plan covering all activities of customer-facing tech roles and streams.
