Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive growth and technical leadership in core accounts.

You will partner with sales, field engineering, and customer teams to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform and maximize ROI across complex workloads. You will lead post-sale technical strategy, coordinate across services, engineering, and product teams, and maintain executive relationships to ensure successful deployments and ongoing value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accountable for technical project delivery within Data and AI.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value to deliverables.
• Technical program or project management with account and stakeholder management accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and creating strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritised customers.
• Lead post-technical account strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple use cases and teams.
• Be the first contact for technical issues related to production/go live statuses.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, and PS for delivery tasks.
• Create and execute a point-of-view to accelerate use cases into production.
• Interact with Product and Engineering for new features and upgrades.
